Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your BetPro Exchange App account and associated data directly from the app.

Submit a deletion request

Use this secure form if you want to request deletion from the website. We will contact you using the details below to verify that you own the account.

Account details

Do not enter your password or a one-time verification code.

Enter the identifier used for your BetPro Exchange account.
Use a contact you can access for ownership verification.

We will not ask for your password or OTP.

Request deletion from the app

The app opens this same secure website form for you:

  1. Sign in to BetPro Exchange App.
  2. Open the Support screen.
  3. Under Legal & Account, select Delete Account Request.
  4. Complete and submit the deletion form.

We will contact you before processing the request so we can verify ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion. Once deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored.

What is deleted

After verification and processing, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your BetPro Exchange App account, including:

  • Your BetPro Exchange account and profile information.
  • Authentication links and account identifiers under our control.
  • Virtual wallet information and associated activity or transaction history, unless retention is required as described below.
  • Support content and device or notification records connected to the account, subject to necessary legal and security retention.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, disputes, enforcement, or recordkeeping. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only as long as necessary.

Data may also remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are rotated or securely deleted.

Connected third-party accounts

Please note: Deleting BetPro Exchange App does not automatically delete an account or data held by a supported third-party application. Contact that provider separately and follow its deletion process.

Likewise, uninstalling the app from your device does not delete your BetPro Exchange account. You must submit the deletion request using the steps above.

If you cannot sign in

You can still use the form on this page. Enter the account identifier you previously used and a phone number or email you can currently access. We will contact you to complete ownership verification. Never send your password or one-time verification code.
